Kristoffer Carson brings over twenty-four years of experience in telecommunications to Parrish, Blessing & Associates, Inc. consulting practice. Mr. Carson has provided economic consulting services to numerous telecommunications clients focusing on universal service, inter-carrier compensation, budgeting, rate-of-return and price-cap access rate development, tariff filings, costing, cost modeling, demand and revenue forecasting, as well as other statistical and quantitative analyses.
Background
Mr. Carson joined Parrish, Blessing & Associates, Inc. in February 2000. He specializes in providing detailed quantitative analyses for clients in the regulated telecommunications industry. As a consultant with more than twenty-four years of experience in the telecommunications industry, he has focused on state and federal universal service, inter-carrier compensation, rate-of-return and price-cap access rate development, demand and revenue forecasting, costing, interconnection pricing development, and regulatory pricing model analysis. In addition, he assists in the preparation of expert testimony to support client interests in regulatory proceedings before State Regulatory Commissions and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
Mr. Carson began his career at ALLTEL (now Windstream Communications) where he worked for five years. Mr. Carson served as Senior Analyst – Access Tariffs and Interconnection with responsibilities for access tariff development, demand forecasting, earnings monitoring and reporting, budget planning and development, and revenue and demand impact analysis.
Mr. Carson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Centenary College of Louisiana, graduated Cum Laude.
